How To Use

• Once the desired temperature is achieved, remove the TheraPearl Pals pack from the microwave or freezer.
• Apply the pack to the desired area for approximately 20 minutes or as needed.
• After use, remove the pack and allow it to return to room temperature before reheating or freezing for the next use.
