How To Use
- Apply with a cotton pad over closed eyelids, gently sweeping across lids and lashes.
- Rinse with water if desired.

Notes
If removing waterproof makeup, leave saturated pad over eyelid for 10 to 15 seconds to allow makeup to dissolve, then gently wipe off.
