How Product Samples Work With Dermava

In our goal to supply the best skincare products for each unique person, we have opened up the ability for you to order samples of products you want, not that we have chosen for you. 

If there are any available samples of a product, you can add the sample to your cart and check out with it for free. We will never charge you for a sample. 

We believe the point of a sample is to help you make a decision for what is best for you and your skin so that you can easily try before you buy. If you end up not linking the product, well then we’re glad you had a chance to experience the product before wasting your money on it!

As simple as our sample ordering is, there are 2 rules:

You must have an active Dermava Account

Having an account helps us and you keep track of your samples and which ones you have tried. By having an account, we can also work with you to find the products that best match your skin and health profile. Plus having a Dermava account also comes with its own unique perks and benefits!

You can only get the sample once

Our ultimate goal is to help you match with the products you need, we cannot allow you to order free samples multiple times as the manufacturers will not allow it. Our sample program should be used as a tool for you to narrow down what you might need and/or like, not as a promotional offer that ends up in the trash for many consumers.

For Dermava clients who have completed their profiles, we will from time to time offer complimentary samples with the purchase of a product. For example, if you order Skinmedica HA5 full size and we have sample sizes of HA5 we may throw a few into your package as an added thank you for being a Dermava customer.

Keep in mind that there may be times when a sample will be unavailable due to high demand or limited manufacturer supply. If you are ever shopping and you see a product without a sample offering be sure to check back in the future or let us know you are interested in your account page and we will communicate with the manufacturer to try and get you some.
