How To Use
- Once the setting time of the Wave Liquid is up, rinse thoroughly and apply the Neutraliser carefully, using a little sponge.
- The setting time is equal to or longer than the setting time of the Wave Liquid
- Roll out the rollers and, if needed, re-apply the neutraliser, leaving it in for a further 5 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly.
