• Using a circular motion, soften and warm cream with your finger.
• Apply over desired area.
• Lightly blend edges outward.
• Build coverage by tapping on additional product to achieve desired look.
• Apply setting powder and leave on for 2 minutes.
• Buff off excess setting powder.
